The hotel has a superb central location. It is near the Piazza Maggiore and many other attractions. The front desk staff gave helpful assistance. The facility had a certain charm to it.

The hotel's central position made exploring so easy! the staff helped arrange my taxi to the airport. They were available on whatsapp. my room felt spacious. Plus, i found an adapter waiting for me!!! they held my luggage from 10 am until check-in.
the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor are a bit much.

the staff was super helpful , assisting me with directions and local recommendations. the location was unbeatable , right in the heart of everything. my room was super clean and super comfy. the breakfast had a great variety to choose from , i loved it.
the elevator was a little slow , but honestly , it was not a big deal.
